This 30-minute consultation is where your group cruise planning begins. We'll discuss your group size, cruise destination ideas, travel goals, preferred sailing dates, budget expectations, cabin requirements, cruise line recommendations, flights, hotels, group amenities, excursions, payment options, timeline, and the planning process ahead — so you leave the call with clear, expert-backed next steps. This call is ideal for family reunions, birthday and anniversary cruises, friends and girls' trips, church groups, corporate incentive travel, alumni groups, sports teams, bachelor/bachelorette groups, and other social organizations planning a group cruise. A consultation fee is required to reserve your call. If you move forward with a Group Cruise Planning Package, this fee is credited in full toward your package.
Cancellation Policy
- A consultation fee is required to confirm your booking - The consultation fee is non-refundable - You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice - Missed appointments may be rescheduled one time with a 50% rebooking fee - No-shows without rescheduling forfeit the full fee - Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeited appointment By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
