During this 1-hour call, I’ll act as your sounding board — helping you think through options, avoid common mistakes, and add insider touches you won’t find on Google. This service includes: - Expert advice and tailored recommendations - Insider tips on destinations, accommodations, and experiences - Answers to your questions and planning roadblocks - Guidance so you can book confidently on your own
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the session are subject to a full fee penalty. The Travel Discovery Call fee is non-refundable once the call has started. This investment secures your consultation and is applied toward your service package if you decide to move forward with planning. This planning fee is a one-time payment to coordinate, plan, and research all of your desired activities and services. It covers the time and expertise required to design your itinerary and manage arrangements. This fee is charged for the planning of travel arrangements, not the travel itself, and is non-refundable regardless of whether or not the planned trip is booked and/or traveled.
