This 30-minute call is for travelers planning group trips, cruises, or retreats who want the Travel Luxe Premium Concierge Package — our most elevated level of service. We’ll dive deep into your trip goals, group needs, and vision so I can design a luxury experience with white-glove planning and full concierge support. This package includes: - Full itinerary (up to 10 days) + 2 revisions - Personalized booking service (flights, hotels, activities, dining, transportation) - Personalized group booking page - Welcome gift or add-on - 24/7 travel concierge during your trip - Group manager & vendor liaison - Personalized itinerary in PDF + mobile format This fee secures your premium concierge package and guarantees that every detail of your journey is handled with the highest level of care.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the session are subject to a full fee penalty. The Travel Discovery Call fee is non-refundable once the call has started. This investment secures your consultation and is applied toward your service package if you decide to move forward with planning. This planning fee is a one-time payment to coordinate, plan, and research all of your desired activities and services. It covers the time and expertise required to design your itinerary and manage arrangements. This fee is charged for the planning of travel arrangements, not the travel itself, and is non-refundable regardless of whether or not the planned trip is booked and/or traveled.
