We’ll dive deep into your trip goals, group needs, and vision so I can design a luxury experience with white-glove planning and full concierge support. This package includes: - Full itinerary (up to 10 days) + 2 revisions - Personalized booking service (flights, hotels, activities, dining, transportation) - Personalized group booking page - Welcome gift or add-on - 24/7 travel concierge during your trip - Group manager & vendor liaison - Personalized itinerary in PDF + mobile format This fee secures your premium concierge package and guarantees that every detail of your journey is handled with the highest level of care.
Cancellation Policy
- A consultation fee is required to confirm your booking - The consultation fee is non-refundable - You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice - Missed appointments may be rescheduled one time with a 50% rebooking fee - No-shows without rescheduling forfeit the full fee - Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeited appointment By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
